INGREDIENTES:
100g de queso ricotta fresco
40g de harina
1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
1 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
1 huevo
1 cucharada de azúcar
Aceite para freír
Para la salsa de chocolate:
125g de nata
75g de chocolate negro
1 pizca de canela
La ralladura de una naranja
Cointreau al gusto (opcional) se puede sustituir por el zumo de 1 naranja.

1 tsp vanilla paste

1 Tbsp sugar

Cointreau to taste (it´s optional, you can use the juice of an orange instead)

Ponemos en un bol el queso ricotta.

Los pasamos por azúcar, y ya están listos para acompañarlos con nuestra salsa de chocolate.
Para preparar la salsa de chocolate solo tenemos que calentar la nata y añadir el resto de los ingredientes.

Qué rico!, me recordó a unas masitas redonditas que me hacía mi mami cuando chica, les llamaba "Suspiros de Monja", qué ricos eran, lo único que nunca les puso era la salsa de chocolate pero sí agregaba mermeladas de frambuesa, fresa, etc.. ;)
